2. Subject of the offer

The seller undertakes to prepare and hand over the meals selected on the site, and the customer undertakes to pay for them. The offer is accepted the moment the order is confirmed with the SMS code.

3. Price and payment

Prices are in soum and include all taxes. Orders can be paid online via Payme or Click, or in cash on delivery. The total, including delivery, is shown before the order is confirmed.

4. Delivery and pickup

Delivery is made within the zones published on the “Delivery and payment” page, during café opening hours. Pickup is available at the seller's address. The courier contacts the customer using the phone number provided.

5. Cancellation and refunds

An order can be cancelled by calling the seller until the kitchen starts working on it. Prepared food cannot be exchanged or returned, as goods of proper quality with a limited shelf life. If an order arrives faulty, the seller refunds its cost to the same payment method.

6. Liability

The seller is not liable for delays caused by an incorrect address or by the customer being unreachable by phone. Claims are accepted through the contacts listed in section 1.
