Privacy policy

We collect exactly the data an order cannot arrive without.

What we collect

  • Phone number — to confirm the order by code and for the courier's call
  • Name — so we can address you on delivery
  • Address and map pin — only for delivery
  • Order contents and history — to show them in your account

Cookies and visit statistics

The site uses the PostHog, Google Analytics and Yandex Metrika statistics services. They store cookies in your browser and anonymously record which pages you opened, what you tapped and at which checkout step you stopped. Your phone number and name are not sent to these services.

You can turn cookies off in your browser settings; this does not affect placing an order.

Sahovat mobile app

The Android and iOS app collects the same data as the website, plus:

  • Device location — only when you tap “Detect by location”, to check the delivery zone and fill in the address. Location is not tracked in the background.
  • A device identifier for push notifications (Firebase Cloud Messaging token) and your chosen language — to send order status updates. The token is removed when you sign out.

Push notifications are delivered by Google's Firebase Cloud Messaging; it only receives the device token and the notification text. The app contains no advertising or analytics SDKs.

Why we need it

The data is used to prepare and deliver the order, to contact the customer, and for accounting in the café's POS. We do not sell it and do not pass it to third parties, except the Payme and Click payment services — they receive only the amount and the order number.

How long we keep it

Orders and contact details are kept while the customer's account exists and are deleted on request. The SMS confirmation code lives for three minutes and is erased right after sign-in.

Cookies

The site stores your language, cart and sign-in session. These are technical: without them the cart would empty as you move between pages.

How to delete your data

You can delete your account yourself: in the app — “Profile” → “Delete account”, on the website — via the link sahovat.uz/account/delete. Profile, addresses, favourites and the order history in your account are deleted immediately; orders remain in the café's records anonymised.
